New Student Registration

Please click here to sign up for new student registration on Final Forms. A school secretary will then be in contact with you about setting up a registration appointment.
Parent/guardian(s) should bring the following documents to registration:
a certified birth certificate
social security card
proof of residency (utility bill with a guardian name and address)
custody papers (if applicable)
If applicable, the residential parent must register the child
Only a legal parent/guardian can register a student. If your name is not on the student's birth certificate, you must bring custody documentation.
immunization records and any necessary health paperwork
records release
If you do not have printing capability, please contact your school secretary (below) for a copy to be mailed to you.
Students do NOT have to attend registration.
You must be a Dalton Local Schools resident to attend complete these forms. To apply for open enrollment, click here. You must also register at your child's residential school. If accepted, you will be notified in August and a registration appointment will be set up then.
